Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA)

Testicular sperm extraction (TESE) is the process of removing a small portion of tissue from the testicle under local anesthesia and extracting the few viable sperm cells present in that tissue for intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).This procedure is done in cases where ejaculated semen has no sperm.

ICSI can be done with husband sperm to produce their own genetic baby and the procedure has good success rate.
